  The Rashleigh Suite  Full Rate £122.00  (*Reduced rate£98) Extra large double, hand carved English Oak 4 Poster Bed (30 x 20 feet) en-suite bedroom with views of the garden to the south, west & east. The bed features finest luxury pillows, Siberian goose feather & down for the ultimate natural sleeping experience, and quality mattress.  This bedroom has a Plasma TV. Bathroom has separate shower, bidet and Long Spa Bath.


  The Prideaux Suite Full Rate £98.00 (*Reduced rate£78) Luxury Four poster double en-suite bedroom with view of the garden to the south. The bed features finest luxury pillows, Siberian goose feather & down for the ultimate natural sleeping experience, and quality mattress. Bathroom has a separate shower and Spa bath.


  The Treffry suite  Full Rate£98.00  (*Reduced rate £78)  Elegant six foot double en-suite bedroom (can be two single beds) with views of garden to the south & west. The bed features finest luxury pillows, Siberian goose feather & down for the ultimate natural sleeping experience, and quality mattress. Bathroom has shower over a  Spa Bath.

All rooms have colour TV. hairdryer, direct dial telephone and tea /coffee making facilities. These
tariffs are per room and include a full English  breakfast.   Single occupancy of a double room less £10
   Free hot-spot wireless broadband for your laptop in the Rashleigh Suite and Drawing room.
        Children over 12 years welcome. We are sorry pets are not permitted.

***Reduced Rate prices are for bed and breakfast per room, for two or more  consecutive night between 1st November 2009 until the 1st April 2010.


Booking Conditions   A credit or debt card number and expiry date is required  that is current at the time of your stay.  No charges are made to this card unless you cancel, then we take the cost of one nights stay as a deposit /cancellation fee, if we are unable to re-sell the room you had booked.   You can settle your bill on the day you leave either by cash,  cheque or dept card, for a credit card we add a 3% surcharge. 

No allowance can be made for curtailments and early departure.

To find us- Find St Blazey on the A390, look for the Jet garage,  opposite the garage is Prideaux Road (sign posted to the Eden Project), follow Prideaux Road up the hill for 3/4 mile, Miss the turning right sign posted to the Luxulyan Valley proper,  we are 250 yards further on the right.  Look for a distinctive row of Poplar trees.  

If using Sat-Nav and the Post Code PL24 2SR it puts us the wrong side of the road junction on Prideaux Road signposted to Prideaux, Just MISS this turning right (the nagging woman wants you to take) and 250yds further you will find out drive on the right.  Look for a distinctive row of Poplar trees.
